Few Things I've Noticed...



Gah....feeling fat. Obese, actually. All of that "Starve-for-over-three-days-and-only-lose-two-pounds" business was bringing me down. I ate. a LOT. Probably over 1,000cals. Yep, I suck at life = /

So, since my latest weight-loss and food limitations, there's a few things I've noticed:

1. My fingers/nails turn blue
2. My hands/feet get tingly and numb
3. My bum hurts. (It's literally like I'm just setting on two knots now, and I haven't even lost THAT much weight! I honestly can't sit on a hard chair for more than a few minutes. I need a little-old-lady bum-pillow! Tehe)
4. Diet Orange Soda is where it's AT!
5. My skin is horrible. Simply horrible.
6. I shake. Badly.
7. My period's late...and very....different. Shorter, not really a "period" at all.
8. Joint pain. Yeah, it sucks.
9. No, your stomach never learns to shut the heck up during class. It is, and always WILL be, a loud mouth.
10. I am somehow in love with each and every one of these things.

Injustice!


Okay, what the heck?!?!
I have had under 300cals for the past FOUR days. I emptied my blatter, stripped down, and stepped on the scales expecting at LEAST 5lbs drop. At LEAST.


Nothing.


What is wrong?!? I have done better than I have in a long time because I haven't been "out" to eat w/ family and friends

Mucho pissed. MUCHO.


Ugh...stay strong people, because I sure am having a hard time with doing the same! (My apologies...I get rather irritable when I'm starving. Especially when it's pointless.)

Sorry so long = /


It's been quite a while since I've last posted. Hehe, so I apologize to the grand total of 8 peeps who are fallowing me. Ah, such a sad little number... not that I am not thankful for each one of you! Tehe

I was away because I attempted to "recover" and eat normal, which was working well. When I "get better," I have to cut myself off from everything. No internet, certain tv shows are off limits (ANTM, for one), certain magazines are avoided, and certain trigger foods and a no-no.

Obviously, because I'm here now, my "recovery" didn't last long. I gained about six pounds and am working on losing it again. Back to square uno.

I don't really have the motivation to write unless I've lost some more weight, so this is all for now. Thanks to everyone for the comments- they make me smile. Stay strong.

Current Stats....

So, my stats as of the last time I weighed:

Height- 5'9''
Weight- 111lbs
Waist- 23.5''
Hips- 31''
Body Fat- 11%
Body Fat in lbs- 10.4lbs of fat (Just hanging on me right now. Ewe.)
BMI- 16.4

I am almost at my goal of 110lbs. When I get there, I will post pictures of myself (other than my icon- you can't really see me there). I decided that seeing those photos of the fat left on my body every day would push me to lose more.


Food journal for today:
Breakfast- Granola bar and diet Dr.Pepper (my true love)= 90 calories
Lunch- About half-a-can of Progresso Lightand another Diet Dr.Pepper = 80 calories
Dinner- The other half of soup, some sugar free Jello, and a couple more Diet Dr.Peppers (Hehe, guilty much) = 90 calories


Total= 260 calories
