
Okay, what the heck?!?!
I have had under 300cals for the past FOUR days. I emptied my blatter, stripped down, and stepped on the scales expecting at LEAST 5lbs drop. At LEAST.
Nothing.
What is wrong?!? I have done better than I have in a long time because I haven't been "out" to eat w/ family and friends
Mucho pissed. MUCHO.
Ugh...stay strong people, because I sure am having a hard time with doing the same! (My apologies...I get rather irritable when I'm starving. Especially when it's pointless.)
